About the project
The project undertaken by Al Ahram Beverages Company aimed to enhance their Financial Planning & Analysis processes, which were primarily reliant on Excel. However, the company encountered various challenges related to this approach, dealing with time-consuming reconciliation exercises, restricted reporting capabilities, and a lack of flexibility for scenario planning.
In response to these challenges, Al Ahram Beverages Company chose to partner with Numlix, a renowned implementation specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis, with expertise in Anaplan deployment. This strategic collaboration provided Al Ahram Beverages the means to tap into Anaplan’s capabilities and unlock a multitude of advantages.
