Cancellation

Are you registered for a free event, but can’t make it? You can cancel up to 3 days before the event. So for example, if you registered for the event on Thursday 12 January 2023, you can cancel free of charge until Monday 9 January 2023. Don’t cancel in time? Then we are forced to charge you €125 excluding VAT for the costs incurred.

Photos and videos at the event

There is a possibility that photos will be taken or there will be filmed at the event. If you do not wish to be in the picture, be photographed, or have a photo that shows you online, please notify us by sending an email to info@numlix.be.
